Our light duty service department operates on smaller vehicles, from more compact pickup trucks to class 5 vehicles weighing up to 19,000 pounds. We specialize in steering, suspension, and brake work. Operates from the rear shop building.

STEERING, SUSPENSION, BRAKES
Repairs related to steering, suspension, and brakes are a mainstay at Thruway. Maintaining these critical undercarriage systems ensures safe and reliable operation of your vehicle, each and every time you hit the road. Whether the long, hard winters of Upstate NY have taken a toll on your truck and you need a repair, or maybe you have added a new trailer to your fleet and need a little extra help in your factory suspension, we are here to help.
ALIGNMENTS
A proper vehicle alignment is much more than keeping your truck driving in a straight line down the road. Keep your vehicle dialed in to factory specs and you will see increased tire life, improved fuel economy, and safe, predictable handling. In addition, a properly aligned vehicle prevents premature wear and tear on related suspension components. We offer alignments on all vehicles, Class 5 and under, performed on our brand new Hunter Alignment Machine.
